Project management is challenging, workflows can be very difficult to control but with Proggio it is ideal for keeping track of tasks and activities, you have an ideal tool to map and visualize all tasks in a short time making the flow work is efficient, it also has a Gantt chart tool that allows monitoring the time spent on each activity, Proggio has a very powerful interface, in which I have been able to manage models, budgets, resources, tasks, in addition to providing collaboration with the entire work team. The best thing about Proggio is being able to Prioritize activities based on giving importance to the most vulnerable areas of each project, changes in planning programs, monitoring dates close to due dates, monitoring the progress of each project is essential for a clean execution and to give solution to the problems you present immediately and identify potential risks in time. I must say is a great and simple way to manage your projects, this software has really surprised me, is a very powerful and effective tool for managing our projects, allows us to have an easy collaboration between our project members, very visual and simple to use, provide alerts, do not need a long training to implement this app, you can access to your projects by using your mobile device and that is something very useful for us, their interface is very user friendly we all love it, we can follow as many projects as we want in an even fun way, is very intuitive and different from other services I already know so far, this is an unique and excellent tool, I love that you can see the hold project in a map, project planning and scheduling never was that easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Proggio has managed to cover most of the professional needs I had before using it, it allows me to have a growth in a short time and the truth has not presented an important failure in my office, if I would like to have a mobile application and one that another improvement in its system for teamwork planning and problem tracking, it has some disadvantages in these services, but I still like the program a lot and I maintain the daily use of its services. Recommendations to others considering Proggio: Having an adequate vision of the different timelines when making arrangements is something vital and very important that can be a decisive factor in the final results, so I recommend using proggio that has one of the best platforms and with the necessary vision that I have tested so far, it is also a program that offers excellent level of security and good service without facilities and with a low overall cost.
