**What do you like best about Proggio?**

It is very structured and aligned with the project management principles, allowing for the assimilation of dynamic scenario management in projects. Further, it has portfolio management integrated into it.

**What do you dislike about Proggio?**

It lacks integration with many client-facing platforms (CRM). When managing a project, there are other platforms to consider, such as email and independent CRM tools and also just the iteration in social media platforms such as WhatsApp, which have been embraced by mainstream and or corporations.

**What problems is Proggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management solution and addressing portfolio management at the same time. The benefit of one aspect is the actual management of projects. The value thereof is the value in a structured delivery

**What do you like best about Proggio?**

The ability to add unlimited users and manage everyday BAU tasks for free of cost is a big plus. It not only allows users to get their hands on the tool but how the collaboration would look like

**What do you dislike about Proggio?**

Cost is a huge negative for the tool. While it comes with many features it is costlier than MS Project enterprise edition, which is a kind of benchmark for project portfolio management tool

**What problems is Proggio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am primarily using it for task management - the free feature of the tool. It helps me manage my task allocation across teams more efficiently and can be manually be referred in JIRAs as well
