Proforma Payment Schedule is an offline tool for project managers, commercial and cost engineers and contract administrators on construction, EPC and plant projects. Enter the contract amount and the payment milestones - advance, progress payments, completion, retention - with a percentage and due date for each, and it calculates every instalment exactly to the cent, plus cumulative amounts and the remaining balance. When the percentages total 100% the last milestone absorbs the rounding difference so the schedule always matches the contract; other totals are allowed with a clear warning. Mark milestones as paid with their paid date, see what is overdue and what is due next, compare two or three payment plans side by side with a cumulative chart and amount-weighted average payment date, and start from a built-in 5-milestone template or your own. Export a formal PDF payment schedule with signature lines for both parties in English, Spanish or bilingual form, and CSV files for your cash-flow ledger. English and Spanish interface, light and dark mode. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and data stays on your own computer.
