It is also not the ease of setting up the company structure or OKR levels, or the integrations available easing the transition from spreadsheets. No, what I like the most is the level of support from Bastin and his team to roll this out to our team, constantly listen to user feedback and pushing forward improvements on a weekly basis. **What do you dislike about Profit.co?** There are always features that can be improved on with a new tool, as different users and companies have different ways of working and with different backgrounds and legacy processes to adopt to. The question should not be what I like the least, but how does Profit respond to user feedback? The answer is that they listen carefully, and often already have a solution on their roadmap ready to be prioritised. No issue is too small, just ask! **What problems is Profit.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we started working with Profit we realised that we have been setting our OKRs all wrong, and we hadn't aligned them to all the non-quantitative projects that the team were doing. There also wasn't a way to regularly update the leadership with progress, and use the OKRs to manage the team's performance. The introduction of Profit has forced us to think more critically not just about how we set OKRs, but what and how we track the Key Results. As a Superuser, everything is customizable, so we’ve been able to tailor the software to our specific needs and ensure the managers have the authority to do things like assign tasks and initiate performance reviews and assign key results to employees. Being able to delegate that part of the process to managers has been great. I’m able to get a bird’s eye view of each department and each OKR with the different reports and maps. With the heatmap especially I’ve found that the ability to get a wide overview of the company's progress and then drill down into one department and get a closer look at what OKRs they’re focusing on and their progress has been great. I also like the library of videos and tutorials that Profit has for the software. It helps us with self-training-- so if one specific employee isn’t understanding how to do something in the software, no one needs to take time out of their day to teach them, we can just send over the tutorial and they can get up to speed that way. **What do you dislike about Profit.co?** I’d like to see more options/development in the Engagement module. The features they have now are great and we definitely like using them as a team, but there could be more. Otherwise there’s really nothing that I dislike at all **Recommendations to others considering Profit.co:** Profit offers training sessions, which are really flexible in terms of when you can schedule them and help your team pick up the software really quickly, so if you’re a little intimidated by the number of features definitely looking into the training and tutorial options. **What problems is Profit.co solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Profit we’ve been able to make managers and employees more independent. Having the two connected improves our focus on the things that matter, and associating tasks to specific OKRs has actually improved productivity and accountability. I also have really liked the action center. I like how they have separate columns for action items that need your attention, and for notifications that you should be aware of.
