We like the ability to integrate with Microsoft Teams. The fully customizable site allows us to turn features on and off during the implementation stage. The level of customer service during implementation in training is something many companies do not offer. They have a very extensive library of information that can be used to educate our constituents. They have some but would like to see that area developed more to further engagement. So, that meant we hardly had to change our process to use the product, which eased up adoption and considerably reduced work. Another great thing about the product is the team behind it. We have had unwavering support from everyone at Profit whenever we had a requirement, question, or issue. The check-in feature has inculcated a good practice of periodic tracking of the progress made on annual objectives, allowing us to address issues in a systematic manner thus reducing TAT. I like the team OKR options, which works great for some of our larger projects that require us to pull people from many different departments to accomplish one goal for the quarter. It’s made managing responsibilities very easy and everyone can always stay on the same page just by looking into the software and seeing where progress is at. For smaller projects, the tasks module has been very useful. It’s very useful to have the ability to create a task and then assign it to the person you need, as well as add it to a certain key result that will help progress. The tasks module helps with overall team productivity, as well as personal productivity. Also, the KPI library that comes pre-loaded in the software makes it a lot easier to write specific key results and find the right metric to base progress on. We use the KPI boards to get a nice aggregate view of important KPIs we want to track, which has been a great feature to have. We’ve also been very impressed with the support. It’s easy to take notes on OKRs and explain the progress that has been made, or if you’re facing a problem it’s easy to just tag the person you need to touch base with and get in touch and solve the issue fast. I’ve also really liked the different reports and dashboards they have available in Profit. They’re really an amazing feature and have been helping managers and the executive team track progress with a holistic view of the company as a whole. If there’s something that catches our eye, then the drill-down feature is there to get more specific info about the department or OKR we’re looking at. The folks who give the training are all experts both on the software itself as well as OKRs as a methodology. I also like how detailed the software is and the reports that I can generate from it. The support that we get from Profit and their willingness to incorporate our suggestions as improvements into the software has been wonderful. **What do you dislike about Profit.co?** With complex software and rapid release cycles comes a few bugs. These bugs have not stopped us from working in the software or created and issues with availability, but they have had a minor impact on the speed we can enter and track our OKRs. I think that this is a temporary issue that will lessen over time. **Recommendations to others considering Profit.co:** The software probably does what you want, but you need to work with the team to identify the best settings to enable it. Since purchasing the solution, we are finding that it does more than we initially expected.
