I would like for the Performance section to include a part of the process where the collaborator can evaluate their leader and have a 360. The system has has been almost effortless to implement, with excellent customer support to help you through any questions or make start-up simpler. The support is not only responsive, but it is proactive. Even though the system has a broad range of features, some of which we have not yet explored, it is pretty easy for new users to jump in and get started.
