**What do you like best about Profit.co?**

The tool is very intuitive & really helps to put in our OKRs and execute them in a well-defined manner, even tuned for niche industries like education excellence.
Their support in the Implementation phase & training they provide is tailor-made based on our industry & the team also supports us on both concept & product.
Also, the UI & UX of this App is very straightforward and simple to understand & use.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

Improvement in the dashboard is something that I would highlight.
More insights as the Program Manager will make the job easier & the profit team promised they are working on it.

**What problems is Profit.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been doing goals for more than 20+ years, but Profit helped us with the team alignment & stop duplications of plans & realistic review.
The review now takes very little time, and we can identify the areas we need to optimize and track the improvement. 
At first, we were able to hit our targets by the teams and now aiming to achieve higher numbers.

Beyond standard OKR tracking for teams and individuals, it integrates personal task management, offering a unified view of priorities, execution, and progress through intuitive dashboards and strong visibility controls.

The platform stands out in its ability to bridge strategic alignment with day-to-day execution, making it useful not just for leadership oversight but also for individual productivity and accountability. Its reporting and dashboarding capabilities provide clear, actionable insights without unnecessary complexity.

Customer support and customer success are exceptional, responsive, proactive, and consistently effective. This is an area where Profit.co clearly outperforms many larger vendors and sets a benchmark others would benefit from following.

certain integration components remain to be enhanced, but given the dedication and effort the Profit.co team invests in all the requests and complaints, I expect it to be fixed soon

Our organization has been on an evolving OKR journey for several years — starting with Excel spreadsheets, then moving to Viva Goals, and most recently migrating to Profit.co after Microsoft announced Viva Goals’ end-of-life. Without hesitation, Profit.co has been a significant step forward compared to our previous approaches.

What stands out most about Profit.co is the combination of structured onboarding and highly responsive Customer Success support. As we migrated from Viva Goals, their team tailored training to our different business units and ensured we could quickly reestablish momentum. The hands-on guidance — especially around integrations like monday.com and Microsoft Power BI — made adoption smooth and effective.

Custom Power BI integration/reporting requires DAX queries, which adds a bit of technical complexity.

**What do you like best about Profit.co?**

I use Profit.co to help track my department and my company's objectives, key results, and initiatives. It serves as a single platform for tracking and reporting. The interface is simple to use, allowing folks to enter their data and monitor progress easily. I like how quickly the customer support team responds to questions and requests. I appreciate how collaborative they are, especially when we first started setting up Profit.co. The collaborative nature of the team is instrumental in adoption success. We decided to go with Profit because we like the simplicity and the customer support team. The initial setup was pretty smooth.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

At times, I have problems with the UI being super slow at loading my data. I do not think this is an internet issue since I can load other pages on the web super fast. So I think an improvement would be how fast data gets rendered on the platform. For example, I am an admin. When I click and terminate each user, it refreshes the page automatically and goes back to the top of the list, even though I was at the bottom of the list. If the page did not refresh and the users terminated just disappear from the list instead, that would save me a lot of time.

I use Profit.co to track objectives, key results, and initiatives for my department. It serves as a single platform for tracking and reporting with a simple interface for entering data and monitoring progress.

Profit.co is an impressively simple and intuitive platform; fast, easy to configure, and built on a solid foundation. I especially value how many flexible “building blocks” the system offers. It allows you to launch a basic performance management setup quickly while still giving you the room to grow and customize as your needs evolve.

One of the greatest strengths of Profit.co is their development team. They are exceptionally attentive, receptive to feedback, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Even when certain features weren’t originally designed for the customization we needed, the team proactively explored solutions, created workarounds, and adapted settings to support us. Their willingness to collaborate, understand our goals, and continuously improve the platform truly stands out.

It’s evident that Profit.co is a young, dynamic company with tremendous potential, built on strong technical foundations and powered by a team that truly cares about delivering value.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

The only area that required a bit more coordination was timing, which is completely understandable given the time zone difference and the large number of enhancements we requested. With such a high volume of improvements and iterations, it was natural for certain steps to take a bit longer. What stood out to me, however, was how consistently supportive and committed my primary point of contact remained throughout the process. He was always patient, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to help us move forward. His dedication ensured that every one of our needs was ultimately met, and we truly appreciated his partnership.

**What problems is Profit.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Profit.co, our performance management process was handled through Word documents. This made it difficult to maintain consistency across the organization. Some leaders had structured career development discussions, while others struggled to fit them in or didn’t have an easy way to track them. We also lacked real visibility into overall participation and progress because everything was scattered and manual.

Profit.co has solved these problems by giving us a centralized, consistent process and real-time visibility into engagement and completion metrics, all while fully preserving confidentiality. We can now see whether evaluations are completed, goals are updated, and processes are followed, without reading or accessing the private content of individual reviews. This balance of confidentiality and organizational visibility has been a major benefit.

The system also saves us significant time and effort by providing reliable performance management metrics instead of relying on manual documents. After evaluating many other platforms, many of which felt outdated or rigid, Profit.co stood out as a modern, flexible solution that supports accountability and development in a meaningful way.

The UI/UX is similar to our previous tool, so it was easy to transfer over. They have a long list of integrations, including AI. They had a competitive price and the support and onboarding have been strong to get us started

I like that there are a large number of options for different features (like okr reporting, for example) but sometimes that makes it hard to know what to choose.

**What do you like best about Profit.co?**

I have found Profit.co to be a very helpful platform for OKR and initiative tracking, especially in bringing structure and visibility to how objectives, initiatives, and KPIs are managed across the organization. It has significantly improved alignment, cadence, and transparency in our monthly meetings. The biggest value for us is the clear linkage between objectives, initiatives, and KPIs along with at-a-glance progress visibility that supports consistent executive reviews. Additionally, the initial setup of Profit.co was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

When executives ask detailed questions during reviews, it's hard to get into the specifics without navigating multiple screens. It would be better to click directly into initiatives to see the related notes, updates, and documents. Also, the ability to toggle views within an initiative, like hiding KPIs to focus on initiative progress, would make live reviews smoother and reduce context switching. Seeing initiative-level notes, supporting documents, and commentary in the same view would also be great for leadership meetings.

An excellent tool which is very thoughtfully designed to ensure clear articulation of organizational goals and objectives. It requires creating meaningful and structured targets for the team members concerned to complete the tasks, thereby promoting accountability and also ensuring timeliness in achieving those goals and objectives through regular check-ins. A must have tool in today's scenario where it is difficult to have a bird's eye view about the progress of the business in general and departments in particular. It's very easy to integrate and implement with your current operations.

With custom built options tailored to meet specific business requirements, it's hard to find any downside at this moment.

I find Profit.co to be a powerful tool with a lot of opportunities to do what you need to do. There are many tutorials to watch, and while it takes time to prepare and learn everything, I believe it'll be okay in the long run. I feel that using Profit.co helps to achieve goals more quickly and align with everything that needs to be taken into account.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

At first, it looks like the whole organization needs to understand how to work with Profit.co, and the initial steps are very hard to start. You need to make the organization work according to the system, and it takes time. A lot of assistance and ownership are needed in the first year or at least half a year. It's a powerful tool, but it takes time to learn. As I go forward, it looks a little bit harder. It's also harder for personnel to learn how to add the key performance index.

I use Profit.co to align all departments towards achieving company goals, ensuring everyone works together seamlessly.

When searching for an OKR platform, Profit.co was the best choice for our enterprise needs.  Profit.co has built a robust platform that's very user friendly.  It's easy to create OKRs, align to higher level strategic objectives, and update progress throughout the quarter.  The dashboards and statistical views are great.  We utilize those views for Quarterly Portfolio Reviews.  It also has the ability to create PPT decks to include OKR data & statistics with the click of a button.  We've been extremely pleased with the help & support Profit.co has provided throughout our OKR journey.  Profit.co is definitely top notch!

There isn't anything negative to say about Profit.co.   However, there's always room for improvement/enhancements.  The one area that could be improved is around some of the terminology used in the reporting/statistical charts.  Some definitions of what the data means isn't always clear.

What I like best about Profit is how adaptable it is to different teams and maturity levels. It's one of the only OKR platforms I've used that supports both simplicity and sophistication equally well. Whether a team is just starting out or is deeply experienced with OKRs, Profit meets them where they are. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the platform makes it easy to keep teams aligned, accountable, and focused on what matters most. 

I also want to call out their support & customer success team; they're truly best in class (and I can confidently say that since most of my professional background is in that vertical). They are responsive, knowledgable, and proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform. That kind of partnership is rare, and it's made all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

There is a bit of a learning curve at first, especially when it comes to navigating deeper features like alignment views or custom reports. It takes a little time for new users to feel confident in the system. That said, the support team and knowledge base make it easy to get up to speed quickly. Once users get past the initial onboarding period, the system becomes second nature. 

Additionally, while their OKR module is incredibly built out, they need to continue developing other aspects of the platform such as the strategy roadmap and data visualization sets. To this point, the Product team has been very responsive to customer requests, and so I am confident that product improvements will continue hitting the mark.

Profit is helping us solve some of the biggest challenges in strategy execution: visibilty, accountability, and alignment. Before Profit, it was difficult to get a clear consistent view of how goals were progressing across teams, and how different goals ultimately tied together for major outcomes. Now, we have one central place where every team can draft, update, and track their OKRs with improved abilities to align and understand other teams' OKRs. 

It has also helped us standardize our OKR process while still giving teams flexibility in how they work. The various aspects of collaboration within the platform has improved our communication, especially cross-functionally. 

Ultimately, it's helping our teams stay focused and connected to what matters most to the business.

**What do you like best about Profit.co?**

The onboarding team was responsive to our needs and were able to seamlessly migrate our OKRs from our previous software, Viva Goals, after Microsoft announced its deprecation. We also had a variety of not-yet-organized OKRs in various Word and Excel documents, which they were also able to help migrate. They provided customization of the tool, in-depth recorded training sessions and tailored QRGs for our users. Initial impressions of the software are that it is feature- rich, has many advanced features, customizations and integrations that other competitors do not have. We have already streamlined various business processes by migrating to Profit.co.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

We have only just started utilizing the software within our business processes so these are initial impressions. The software could be a bit more intuitive. There are a lot of features and it's difficult sometimes to wrap your head around the nuances or correct way to do things. The UI/UX could use some improvements, and there have been a few bugs that we have passed along. But in saying that, their customer service, response times and willingness to resolve the issues or implement our feature suggestions has been great.

Alignment of OKRs to higher level business goals. Improve tracking of KPIs and aligning projects/initiatives to target measured improvements. Presenting OKR progress in a streamlined process.

**What do you like best about Profit.co?**

Excellent summaries and metrics that are extremely visual which helps our entire organization unite behind our OKRs. They provide extremely in-depth customer service which helped get those less tech-savvy up and running which made implementation easy. We report monthly at a C-Suite level and more frequently for individual teams.

**What do you dislike about Profit.co?**

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve in navigating the product itself which can appear as something of a maze to the untrained eye. Once trained though it becomes a very useful resource for all teams that utilize it to its full capacity.

It allows us to measure OKRs from the highest level and make sure the organization is united in accomplishing those tasks in a measurable, definable and visually obvious way.

Profit.co offers a LOT of flexibility when it comes to customization of the platform, and their support team was excellent in understanding our business needs and working with us. They gave us plenty of demos before signing anything and free access to get hands-on experience which really helped us during the selection process.

No complaints so far, we are about 6 months in so still learning a lot.

While I understand that the platform can certainly support the product-based line of business, I am still trying to determine how it would benefit the services side, which depends heavily on the delivery of software projects.
