The real-time visibility also impresses me a lot. **What do you dislike about Proficy Smart Factory MES?** I find some features of Proficy Smart Factory MES complicated and would appreciate a more accessible guide to help users become experts by providing more intuitive steps. Also, the initial setup was hard. **What problems is Proficy Smart Factory MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Proficy Smart Factory MES to track inventory and real-time consumption, and it provides an easy overview of production needs. This software made it possible for my company at the time to easily review the data from the floor in order to release finished product for sale. **What do you dislike about Proficy Smart Factory MES?** It is difficult to learn the inner-workings of the software and how to get things set up on the back end if you do not have previous experience setting up software or programming software. **What problems is Proficy Smart Factory MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proficy allowed us to collect information from the production floor and view it elsewhere in real time and use the data for promptly releasing finished product for sale. ### 3. It also works hand in hand with our VPN remotely. **What do you dislike about Proficy Smart Factory MES?** So far I haven’t found any major qualms. The software had a few initial bugs, but an update fixed them. **What problems is Proficy Smart Factory MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our VPN has fewer issues.
