It's designed with the needs of coaches and coaching orgs in mind. It's powerful, flexible, and reliable. It has all of the features I need (billing, scheduling, journaling, e-courses, individual and group secure video chat that is even HIPAA compliant) and many I didn't know I needed until I saw them! It took a couple minutes to figure out how to use it. But when I emailed them, they got back to me quickly and helped and said that their onboarding process was being revised and going back up in a week. This was months ago, so I imagine it's solved by now. Not that it was a big deal anyway Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I guess I can label myself as a 'pro' user as I use the platform for everything from booking a session to selling my course. It's super easy to use and has got a very intuitive interface which is rare to find. The support is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
