What do you like best about Profi?

It has all the features needed to run a coaching or consulting business. And the best part, everything is built-in:

- Calendar

- Video conferencing

- Client management

- Courses

What do you dislike about Profi?

"An All-In-1 Platform Every Coach Must Have"

What do you like best about Profi?

A tool that I'd use right from allowing my potential clients to book for a chemistry meeting, to considering different coaching packages, to payments and when after they've started, messaging, e-learning etc. Literally, everything in 1 place for my clients the entire life cycle from sales to completion of program. What do you dislike about Profi?

Nothing to dislike.

It would be really really nice to have the following to sweeten the tool even more! if possible :)

- include a certificate of completion for specific courses

- link to icalendar

- show maximum 30 days in advance for bookings.

What do you like best about Profi?

I only use individual client session features and Profi is excellent at those. I love the simple modern Profi interface! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Profi?

More advanced goal and progress tracking features and reports to send to clients would be great additions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Profi solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've recently added coaching services to my range of offerings and have just 4 coaching clients. I needed a reliable coaching app allowing me to schedule individual sessions, accept payments, create and share notes with clients and track their progress with forms. Out of all the alternatives I've reviewed, Profi was the best one because:

a) it covers all my needs;

b) it has a pleasant UX/UI;

c) my clients find it easy to use.

If you're a solo coach, I'd definitely recommend checking out Profi, at least on a free trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Almost perfect coaching toolset"

What do you like best about Profi?

- Team coaching/booking widget allowing customers to book with any of our coaches

- Managing & (re-)assigning clients to team members in a few clicks

- Ability to see our coaching team schedule and manage it for them in a centralized manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Profi?

I'd like to see group coaching sessions option in programs - there are workarounds, but those create unnecessary booking process complications for our clients, which isn't ideal. I'm relieved this feature is coming later this year. At least, that's what the Profi support team told me via chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Learning path allowing to combine self-paced courses and 1:1 training meetings in one onboarding program

The product is great but what made us go with Profi was the quality of their support from day 1. Their sales team has offered a free workshop to go through our current client workflows and understand where we're at and what we needed in every detail.
