Professionally is a cross-platform AI email writing assistant designed specifically for business professionals. Unlike generic AI writing tools, Professionally is built exclusively for professional email communication. Helping users draft, rewrite, and refine emails with the right tone, clarity, and professionalism every time. The product is available across four platforms: as an iOS keyboard app that works inside any email app on iPhone, as a Chrome extension for Gmail and web-based email clients, as a Microsoft Outlook add-in for desktop and web, and as a standalone web app. This means professionals can access AI-assisted email writing wherever they work on mobile, in the browser, or inside Outlook. Key features include intelligent tone adjustment (formal, friendly, concise, persuasive, and more), support for 11 languages, and one-click email rewrites that preserve the user's intent while elevating the professional quality of their message. Designed for individuals and teams at B2B companies who send high volumes of professional correspondence and need to maintain a consistent, polished communication standard. Professionally is ideal for sales professionals, HR teams, operations managers, customer success teams, and anyone who wants to communicate more effectively via email without spending extra time on every message.
