**What do you like best about Professional Employer Organization?**

They are very easy to work with. Their payroll software is extremely easy to use, once you have figured out some of the rules of the software. 

**What do you dislike about Professional Employer Organization?**

Sheakley recently was purchased by Asure Software, suddenly in the month of July, without advance notice they increased their charges by roughly 3% across the board. The software didn't change just the cost changed.

**Recommendations to others considering Professional Employer Organization:**

My advice would be to watch for sudden unannounced price increases. I would also, discuss contract terms, when I asked what our contract with them was, they informed me that we didn't have a contract, so make sure where you stand with the ability to cancel if need be. Also, make sure that they create a workable report for your journal entry consolidation at the end of the month. 

**What problems is Professional Employer Organization solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using this software from Sheakley we are able to easily process payroll in a matter of a couple of hours. This time includes prep and posting the journal entries required with each weekly payroll.
