It takes the user from the first quote to the paid invoice in one continuous flow. Invoices are generated as FatturaPA XML v1.2 files and sent to SDI, the Italian Revenue Agency exchange system, through an accredited channel. Status updates (sent, delivered, accepted) arrive in real time, and invoices are kept in compliant storage for ten years. Prices can be entered gross or net, and the software handles the flat rate regime (forfettario) with no VAT, the legal wording and virtual stamp duty when due, as well as withholding tax and the ordinary VAT regime. Recurring invoices are the main strength of the product. A monthly fee, a quarterly retainer or the instalments of a signed quote are planned once, and on every due date ProFattura issues the invoice, sends it to SDI and emails a courtesy copy to the client, without anyone opening the app. Quotes can include attachments and are signed online by the client, on any device, with an advanced electronic signature (FEA) that records signer name, IP address, certified timestamp and the SHA 256 hash of the document. A signed quote converts into an invoice or a schedule of invoices without retyping. Supplier invoices can also be received in ProFattura once the platform recipient code is registered with the Revenue Agency, directly or through the accountant. Bank statements in PDF or CSV can be imported and matched to issued invoices, and an AI tax assistant analyses real revenue and cost data to suggest actions, without replacing the accountant. Teams can invite collaborators with admin, editor or viewer roles and manage several companies from one login. Accountants get a dedicated workspace for their VAT clients. Users coming from other software can import their XML invoice history, with free assisted migration. ProFattura runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone. There is one plan with everything included: the first 12 months are free, no credit card required, then €29 per year, VAT included.
