ProFacture is quoting and invoicing software built for Belgian tradespeople and freelancers. It connects the steps usually done by hand: an accepted quote becomes an invoice without retyping, and payments are matched automatically from bank statements. Clients accept quotes online from a link, with their name, role and a timestamp. Deposits, final invoices and credit notes are created from the quote. Purchase orders and delivery notes are signed by the client. Projects group quotes, invoices and logged hours, which can be invoiced in one click. Invoices are sent by email, with a payment QR code and a Belgian structured reference, or through the Peppol network to business clients, as required in Belgium since 2026. Peppol sending is included in every plan. Payment reminders go out automatically on your schedule, and CODA bank statement import suggests the right invoice for each transfer. ProFacture is designed for Belgium from the ground up: gapless numbering, Belgian VAT rates and reverse charge on every line, UBL invoices in Peppol BIS format. Expenses are captured with a photo of the receipt, and accountants receive clean exports. Made in Tournai, Belgium, by ESSORA SRL.
