I've been using ProEst for over ten years now. I am a small contractor; I do all of the estimating and managing of my projects. My estimating time must be efficient and productive. There are many things that I like Best about ProEst. The thing that I'd have to say that I like best is that my estimates are consistent, accurate, and professional.

When I submit an estimate to a prospective client, I know that they will recognize it as professional. They'll see my company as a viable business capable of building their project.

I love the ability to build assemblies; they are huge time savers. The on-screen take-off module has been very efficient for me.

The order of uploading drawings cannot be changed, and the order of Takeoffs cannot be adjusted. I generally like to post similar items nearby, but after the missing items are newly created, they can be placed at the bottom of the form, and cannot be placed near similar items. ProEst has a lot of great functions. We are finding new ways to use the software every day. Once the databases are built, it is smooth sailing. We find our estimates to be much more accurate.
