## About ProdView
ProdView is a privacy-first workforce analytics platform aimed at engineering managers and IT teams. It tracks aggregate productivity signal — productive hours, focus time, app categories, idle ratio, and fleet activity — across macOS, Windows, and Linux via a single lightweight agent (~28MB), deliberately without keystroke logging, screen recording, or message/file access. The core positioning is "a management tool, not a surveillance camera": employees see a bit-for-bit identical view of their own data to what their manager sees, and the full list of what the product collects (and refuses to collect) is published as an open, version-controlled data manifest. The product spans six surfaces driven by one agent: an Overview team-health dashboard, People/Person per-teammate views, an Apps catalogue (15,000+ classified apps, 4M+ domains with editable taxonomy), a Security events feed (USB events, off-hours logins, agent tamper, SIEM export), a Devices fleet-management view (MDM-aware via Jamf, Kandji, Intune, Workspace ONE), and an Admin & API layer (REST, webhooks, SCIM, SAML SSO). It integrates with Okta, Azure AD, Slack, Datadog, PagerDuty, Workday, Looker, and Splunk. It carries SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, ISO 27001 compliance and is HIPAA-ready, with per-tenant encryption and US/EU/APAC regional hosting. Pricing is a single transparent tier: free forever for up to 3 users, then $15/active user/month ($12 annually). Targeted at teams of roughly 12–4,000.
