I haven't had a better support experience with anyone else. Productsup helps us do things automatically and quickly, giving us confidence in handling requests. There is a limitation with regards to the payment model on how many lines you can process. With large merged datasets, you run a risk of exceeding the limits and need to pay for overages. We’ve found PU to be highly scalable. In our building and infrastructure industry, we work with a variety of formats, and we’re able to capture them all in separate feeds within the same tool. That means we don’t need to spend money on multiple systems to handle different formats.
