The visuals are great; very clean, nice to look at, and easy to navigate.

Also the ease of use is a big plus, I was a total new comer to Product Plan and have found it was easy to pick up and make use of the basic features. I am starting to use it daily to track a Product's technical road map - and my colleague is using Product Plan features to present updates in our team meetings.

Support and Training has been fantastic, Katie & Mary Ann have made sure we have the support and materials we need to use Product Plan. This included a series of one-to-one familiarization sessions, which covered the features of Product plan in general, but also special focus on the parts that were of interest to us. The sessions were recorded and sent to us for future reference, which will come in very handy as we grow and learn with Product Plan.

I wish there were an auto-populate feature. Coordinating across an enterprise can be tedious, especially when I have to manually align the work of several product owners. Depending on your current processes and setup, the initial setup could be very quick and easy. Integration with Jira and Slack was a huge selling bonus for us and has worked well. When an integration isn't available, having the webhooks to customize an integration is a nice touch.

Really the only negatives I can think of are the cost and the inability to keep Jira items linked when they move between projects. This could be worked-around for a typical Jira implementation or by using the Idea generation within Product Plan, but doesn't currently work for us. The re-linking is a quick manual process instead. Product Plan has been insisting that for the last several years we should have more reviewers. That our Reviewer to Editor ratio is off.
