ProductNow is the context engine for enterprise AI. Most AI pilots stall for the same reason: agents cannot see the business well enough to be trusted with real work. The context they need is scattered across code, tickets, CRM, chat, documents and legacy systems, and much of it lives only in people's heads. ProductNow connects the systems a company already runs, including GitHub, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive and data warehouses, and continuously reconciles them into living documents that people and agents can read, edit and trust. When an answer was never written down, its agents ask the person who knows and record the answer, so context keeps getting richer. On top of that context, ProductNow runs custom agents that do real work: triage and resolve tickets, adjudicate claims and exceptions, update documentation, route issues to the right owner and write the result back to the system of record, with every action audited.
