I've been in the advertising marketing business on the operations side for over 25 years. I've seen and used lots of Project/Financial/Resource Management software in my day, and this is by far the best one I've used. It It was easy to set up, user friendly and has great, actionable data. It has a really rich set of features that covers most of the requirements of small to medium-sized business. We use for Sales, Quotes, Invoices, Budget management and Time Tracking. The interface and UX is very good, but it can take a little bit of time to get your head around some bits. We use freelancers a lot and this tool works great for giving them partial access to some of the features. The customer support is really excellent. It feels very personal. As an agency that bills in days, rather than hours, the app doesn't quite align with our way of working (we have had to adjust to the tool, rather than the tool fitting around us). It took a little while to get my head around some of the features. And, this is very subjective, but I don't like the name 'Productive'. I can track multiple budgets for a single client, schedule my team, track and approve detailed time entries, do incremental invoicing, store related communications, manage our cost rates, produce reports for our clients, or even give them direct access to the app when needed.....and pretty much nearly everything else! It's still hard for me to manage an overarching schedule. It's in the works and what's there now is great, just not what we need. I’ve tried and used 10’s of Saas products from Asana to basecamp, productive blows them all away.

We also have a cost saving by going from 5 Saas products to 1.
