This software has almost everything we need to run our digital agency, in one package. From sales through to invoicing everything is integrated into the Productive app.

As most managers will know - time tracking is an issue and it is important staff keep on top of this. This is made easy with Productive with the desktop app allowing you to start recording from the bottom bar on windows.

Out of all the software I have used before this is by far the best in terms of features and the price point is relatively good.

Having tried multiple tools over the years we eventually found Productive, and it is fair to say that it has transformed our organization. From an executive perspective, I have simple dashboards that give me live and up-to-date information on the entire project portfolio - with the ability to deep dive if required. Having the right information at the right time gives me the ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

I've used Productive for the past 7 months and it's been very, very helpful. As a project manager it offers you a great way to keep an eye on your running projects, upcoming deadlines, internal planning and much, much more.

Besides that I must say that the customer service offered by Productive is the best I've experienced in my career so far. Stjepan and his team are simply amazing, doing a great job assisting your every need and are more than happy to jump on a video call to help you out when needed.

I highly recommend Productive if you need an all-in-one tool to manage sales pipeline, projects and team management and also payments and invoicing. Having all the process in one place allows us to communicate better between departments and have a more constructive overview on we stand in rentability of projects, the productivity of team members and insights on your company finances. And the feedback I got from my team is "better to use and easy to collaborate and keep track of task and deadlines". There are still some improvements in interconnecting the scheduling (predictions) with project tasks (real work).
