For us, the most powerful thing by far about Productive has been the ease with which we can create custom reports to have all the key metrics and data about our business at our fingertips. That has streamlined the need for more manual processing and allows us to focus on making decisions in light of the data, rather than spending a lot of time producing the data in the first place. I like that Productive suits my personal preferences on how I want to register my hours and set up my home screen. I know my colleagues prefer to use it differently than me, so the amount of customizability is enjoyable. Also, the UI looks nice and modern! One downside is that is has too many features. Like, if I only want to use it for simple tasks like registering hours and create new clients and projects, there's so many features and options. It's extremely flexible, we have almost 80% retainer work and it's dealing with those without a hitch.
