From sales through to invoicing everything is integrated into the Productive app. As most managers will know - time tracking is an issue and it is important staff keep on top of this. This is made easy with Productive with the desktop app allowing you to start recording from the bottom bar on windows. Out of all the software I have used before this is by far the best in terms of features and the price point is relatively good. If you have any suggestions in relation to new features, you can contact the support team using the in-app chat and they will add your suggestion to a feature list. Having tried multiple tools over the years we eventually found Productive, and it is fair to say that it has transformed our organization. We are in total control of our projects – no more surprises. From an executive perspective, I have simple dashboards that give me live and up-to-date information on the entire project portfolio - with the ability to deep dive if required. Stjepan and his team are simply amazing, doing a great job assisting your every need and are more than happy to jump on a video call to help you out when needed. Having all the process in one place allows us to communicate better between departments and have a more constructive overview on we stand in rentability of projects, the productivity of team members and insights on your company finances. And the feedback I got from my team is "better to use and easy to collaborate and keep track of task and deadlines". After using a different PM tool for 3 years, we need easier to use and complete tool and we found it with Productive. **What do you dislike about Productive?** There are still some improvements in interconnecting the scheduling (predictions) with project tasks (real work). Task management, time tracking, sales pipeline, invoicing...they've got it all. Plus their customer support and product development teams are fantastic. **What do you dislike about Productive?** Honestly, right now there isn't anything that I dislike. **What problems is Productive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re a very process-conscious organization. We start every week off with a company-wide production meeting where we review the workload for each team member. We discuss ways to adjust tasks so that people who are overbooked can share their work with people who are less utilized. Historically, this was a very manual process where we adjusted the tasks for the week in a project management system and then summarize the information in a Google Sheet where we could compare task estimates from the PM tool with actual time worked. We pulled time entries from a separate time tracking tool which was used to send billable time activities to Quickbooks.We aimed to consolidate this into one system and have been successful. We are able to now see out into the future—far more than we were ever able to see before -- which ensures the team has a manageable workload and our sales team knows when we have availability to book more work. ### 8. I've seen and used lots of Project/Financial/Resource Management software in my day, and this is by far the best one I've used. It It was easy to set up, user friendly and has great, actionable data. **What do you dislike about Productive?** The only issue I have is with the Resource Scheduling. You must manually calculate the # of hours per day and its a bit cumbersome. We use for Sales, Quotes, Invoices, Budget management and Time Tracking. The interface and UX is very good, but it can take a little bit of time to get your head around some bits. We use freelancers a lot and this tool works great for giving them partial access to some of the features. The customer support is really excellent. It feels very personal. **What do you dislike about Productive?** As an agency that bills in days, rather than hours, the app doesn't quite align with our way of working (we have had to adjust to the tool, rather than the tool fitting around us). It took a little while to get my head around some of the features. And, this is very subjective, but I don't like the name 'Productive'. It's a great product for us and we use it every day, constantly. **What do you dislike about Productive?** It's still hard for me to manage an overarching schedule. It's in the works and what's there now is great, just not what we need. But they are constantly taking input, adding features, growing the product based on the needs of their customers, so even that isn't a "true" complaint. **What problems is Productive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking multiple clients, with multiple projects, with multiple budgets, over multiple team members, time frames, and keeping it all super well organized and flowing.
