What do you like best about Productiv?

I appreciate Productiv's ability to greatly expand our fulfillment capabilities with larger retailers like Target and Amazon. They are best in class for kitting, and the quality of their value-added services has been great over the six years we've worked with them. I also like that the on-time delivery of kitting jobs has improved significantly compared to our previous provider, with a noticeable reduction in scrap and a better customer experience. Their practice of packaging everything in one reliable location and their continuous improvement in fulfillment and kitting is something I value. The communication with their team is notably excellent, providing rapid responses and necessary escalations. The leadership and account management have been positive, and the time-based studies they use for cost and timing are enormously helpful, offering competitive rates. "Transparent, Flexible Partner for Inventory and Production Visibility"

What do you like best about Productiv?

Transparency - We are able to see inventory, production status and delivery.

Productiv has filled a need for a competitive kitting facility familiar with the beauty industry. Their pricing is fair, they are nimble, and highly self-sufficient (little guidance needed to get projects off the ground). Productiv has helped our team dramatically with small parts assembly and kitting. These projects use to be completed in house and were extremely time consuming for our small team - often causing order delays.
