**What do you like best about ProductCenter?**

It was simple to use.  Worked well with integrating paper, electronic-based document management systems with engineering change controls.  The software GUI was easy to align with different object types.

**What do you dislike about ProductCenter?**

The overall design was limited.  Integrations had to be scripted between different software solutions used.  Didn't offer open connection profiles. It didn't have easy integrations with ERP solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering ProductCenter:**

I recommend a strong requirement gathering sessions for a strategic analysis of how the tool is used at your company with other software.  Unfortunately, the main system we use for operational documents transferred to another solution.

**What problems is ProductCenter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a great tool in handling CAD drawings with product specifications. Our business partners couldn't consolidate product specs and CAD drawings in one tool which also limited our use of it.
