Some of the integrations are still being developed and there is more we would like them to do, so we could live in productboard whilst interacting with teams using JIRA for example. We use productboard daily in our product organization to collect, triage, and store valuable customer insights to help prioritize projects that will significantly impact the company. ProductBoard (PB) is a communication tool critical for software companies as they scale up and expand beyond 2 or 3 Product Teams in a single room. It's important to get away from the implementation details and simplify your engineering tasks to something that GTM / business-experts can understand, and PB does that with Jira 2-way sync. Tight integration with the engineering task system is critical; if you don't use Jira/Trello (and the list of integrations expand) then this is going to be a lot of extra work. The Portal feature sounds interesting to start but the addition of a community manager job actually increases the load of work on PM, and I haven't figured out a good way to actually integrate into our ops. Some features should not be enterprise. They belong to at least a package with a price tag on.

The tool is highly flexible, allowing me to create the fields that I want to use to categorize and prioritize. And it helps me with all phases of the product lifecycle, from reviewing customer feedback, to prioritizing features for upcoming releases, to making sure that prioritized features are ready for development. People like reports, and ProductBoard doesn't do reports. It seems to make the stand that once printed, the material is likely out of date. Instead, provide links to the roadmap page in the product. Hard to disagree, but still, people like reports. Also, they don't implement teams very well if you have multiple dev teams. You can specify a team, but you can't segment roadmaps by team... UI is sometimes confusing, and repeatedly asks for confirmations when you tweak on page filters. Text edition is crap, so feature content and description is better kept separate. It's been very helpful to have customer feedback entered into productboard in a way that I can easily categorize it. This way I'm able to see what features have been requested most and further details around the customer.

The Trends view was a bit buggy for me at first. It seems to be working ok now. I also had some trouble with the recommended features when processing insights. I love the gathering insights and assigning them to the features. It's invaluable - we've always struggled with collecting feedback on a signle place. It was always scattered everywhere. With PB, we have it centralized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, ProductBoard is quite unstable. Usually in the most critical times. Also, I would like to have the browser plugin for Firefox as well, adding insights would be much more convenient.
