Although I value Productboard's many features, there are moments when it seems like there are simply too many choices. Productboard allows me to keep track of all my features but more critically, the customer feedback and insights that assign value to those features. The prioritization tools that take advantage of that source data as well as our ability to map effort vs. value helps me feel more confident about the decisions we make. The support team has always been responsive, plus they have an excellent product management community. Minor downsides like the filtering capability of the Salesforce integration (couldn't do it by a date field at the time of this writing) and maybe the Chrome extension where I can only add notes by person not by company with it. * feature creations, insights and who can do what is so f....ing confusing.
