"One Course to Rule Them All!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

It’s like Ring of Power for Product Marketing Managers. It presents Positioning, GTM, messaging, and basically all of the items every PMM has on the task list. Also, I'd emphasize PMA Community, as a great support for any emerging questions you might have. Sort of our own Fellowship.

—it covers it all, and the knowledge is priceless. Plus, the community feels like the Fellowship, supporting you every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

It is really hard to juggle this course with everyday tasks at job. Also, at first it was deeply overwhelming amount of stuff I was going through, and I needed some time to align myself with the curriculum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Both virtual and in person courses are great"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

PMA certifications are a great way to upskill and learn from expert instructors. I've attended both in person (Seattle instructor was a PM expert from Uber) and online. While I prefer getting to meet other marketers in person, the virtual format was also engaging and I walked away with ideas on how to improve product marketing at my organization. What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

Some of the content in the videos from the Customer Marketing course I took were repetitive. Overall though, it was easy to follow and was a good course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Product Marketing Alliance: A Comprehensive Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

Product Marketing Alliance has been an absolute game-changer for my career. The sheer volume and quality of resources available, from in-depth presentations to practical templates, is unparalleled. What truly sets PMA apart is the vibrant community and the opportunity to learn from industry experts. The certifications are rigorous and valuable, and the mentor sessions have provided invaluable insights. Whether you're a seasoned PMM or just starting out, PMA offers the tools, knowledge, and support you need to excel. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about mastering the art and science of product marketing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

I think the onboarding process could have been better. I have not received an email about it and I had to figure things out my exploring the website. I wish there was a better guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great to learn with as a beginner, with well-organised content"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

Although I have a marketing and advertising background, the discipline of 'product marketing' was one that I didn't have much direct experience in.

There's plenty of free resources to learn from online, but the PMA Core course was super helpful in building a solid foundation about Product Marketing. It was great to have that clarity around what essentials to know, without getting sucked into all the different info and content out there.

The structure and content of the Core course was well-organised and easy to follow. Reputable course tutors, and the active networking events, Slack groups, downloadable resources, etc. were all great and I found this super valuable!

Great customer support too which I have used a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

Core did a great job of covering the foundations. As someone who paid for this with my own money (not covered by employer) however, for the price I would have appreciated if a bit more could have been offered.

Whether it's going a bit deeper into the content, or offering more career opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for best practice"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

The best thing is the summit hand down. Such a great few days. The fact you can do a core certificate with a trainer is great too, and the templates are invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

I know there are more regular workshops but they tend to be after I've finished worked and I constantly get updated emails from them (i don't know how to get off the list). Additionally the other courses look good but it's just self learn which doesn't work for me - wish there were more regular classes or proper workshops inside of working hours (pre 5pm GTM) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Quality Education on Niche PM Topics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

I think the breadth of topics available was really good because I'm not brand new to Product Marketing, but I do have specific gaps in my knowledge and experience that I'm glad I was able to address without sitting through a lot of information I didn't need. This also allowed for those niche topics to be addressed in more depth than I imagine they'd have gotten if they were all included in more generalized overview courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

If I were paying for them on my own, I'd consider the price of the courses prohibitively high. I can't really say they're worth the price considering how much free (ex: YouTube) and low cost (ex: Coursera) information is available elsewhere. But, since my employer paid for it with my annual skills development stipend, it was a non-issue.

Also, I found a few instances--this was in the Storytelling course--where the instructor or the slides referenced specific materials (namely a Miro board and a supplementary template) that I would have liked to utilize, but which were not available. Or at least, there was no link to use to get them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Resource to support anyone on the Product Marketing journey"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

PMA has a large swathe of content and courses that cover every aspect of the product marketing role. The nature of Product Marketing is such that there is a huge breadth in required knowledge and skills so it's impressive that they've covered all major aspects to a depth. The courses themselves are great to follow and a very easy to follow through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

It would be good if there was a few more opportunities to test my learning. Plus sometimes, for the bonus material, it would say you can progress, but it wouldn't allow you to. Often for very long videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PMM Leadership course - An excellent course offering with helpful frameworks and approaches"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Marketing Alliance?

The PMM leadership course is an excellent way for PMM's and Senior PMM's to understand the requirements of a leadership role.

The course covers many of the different possible business types where a PMM function might exist and offers insights and knowledge that most PMM leaders would find value with.

The course offers a huge resource of templaes and takeaways for use in the real world, and really actionable takeaways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Marketing Alliance?

There's nothing that really comes to mind. The overall experience has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
