From an experienced marketer’s perspective, the courses are outdated, overly formal, and add little insight. After one year, they’ll automatically renew your membership and charge $1,999, without clear notice. I only caught the charge while reviewing my statements for exactly this kind of unauthorized billing.

Most legitimate companies that auto-renew such a large fee will allow a cancellation shortly after if the renewal wasn’t intended. Not here. The only “support” you get is an AI-generated message saying they’re offline and do not issue refunds, only credit toward future products. If their offerings were actually useful, I’d still be a customer—but the material never provided anything new or actionable for an experienced marketer.

This is extremely poor business practice. You’d expect a marketing organization to understand the importance of customer experience, but clearly, they do not. At this point, leaving reviews or pursuing legal action seem to be the only ways to address being misled into paying for their so-called certifications or services.
