I appreciate the autonomy it gives the product team. I can create tooltips, checklists, communicate product changes or new products directly through the interface, with highly flexible segmentation rules and without depends on dev team and deploys. It give us speed. And this enable us to test activation hypoteses efficiently, deliver contextual communication about plataform changes and helps analyze engagement and iterate rapidly. Not WCAG AA compliant, MAU based pricing means that it will fluctuate and will increase over time. We have an issue with other products and how they track MAU users so for us there is a chance we could be overcharged if not setup accurately.
