"Transforms Onboarding with Interactive Guidance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I appreciate how Product Fruits has reduced the constant questions from users. It guides people through clear tours, hints, and checklists, which helps them understand features while using them, making onboarding supportive instead of overwhelming. Product Fruits helps to address the uncertainty and frustration of users signing up and then disappearing by letting me step in right when they feel stuck. It provides a sense of involvement without constant interaction, allowing users to move forward without getting lost, giving me genuine satisfaction. The in-app guidance is particularly useful because it changes user behavior effectively, and I use tours and hints to reassure users at the right moments. Checklists are also valuable as they give a sense of progress that motivates users rather than confuses them. Product Fruits bridges insight and action for me, actively addressing problems within the product where users experience them. Switching to Product Fruits was more about a change in mindset than just tools, providing intentional guidance instead of reactive support. The initial setup felt approachable, allowing us to create tours without developer help, which was reassuring and built confidence in using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

There are moments when Product Fruits makes me slow down more than I want to. Some customizations feel limiting when I am trying to shape very specific user journeys and I end up adjusting my idea instead of the tool. Analytics also leave me slightly unsatisfied because I can sense improvement emotionally but cannot always see it clearly in the data. That gap between what I feel is working and what the numbers show can be frustrating and I wish the insights were deeper and easier to act on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use/set up and support users in the moment"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

It's easy to use and reasonably priced compared to other options available. I have seen improvements to the platform so they are clearly investing in dev, which is great to see. The in-platform AI chat has been really helpful in helping us refine our content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

Currently there doesn't seem to be any manual eligibility overrides if custom rules are put in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with Stellar Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I really appreciate the superb customer support from Product Fruits. They don't just stop at troubleshooting but act as true partners, offering quick and knowledgeable responses. Their help with onboarding setup and best-practice recommendations is invaluable. I also like how easy the initial setup was; it was quick and simple. The intuitive interface and ready-made templates meant I could launch onboarding flows within hours. I enjoy the fact that the platform is intuitive and makes everything straightforward, reducing my reliance on developer involvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I find difficult customization challenging due to required development work and limited styling flexibility in Product Fruits. Some advanced customization options—particularly around design, animations, or complex user flows—can feel limited compared to more enterprise-focused tools. Performance and loading behavior can occasionally be an issue, especially in applications with complex interfaces or a large number of active tours and tooltips. "Highly Customizable with Excellent Support, Would Benefit From More Tutorial Guidance"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I really like the flexibility that Product Fruits gives you. The number of approaches and available customization compared to the competitors (like Userpilot) is much higher. I also like their Customer Support. I had an assigned person who helped me to prepare the demo for my manager and get final purchase approval. They also extended my free trial maybe 3-4 times, 2 weeks each, because I didn't have time to check all the features. Easy to integrate, just sent an automatic email with developer docs to my developers right from the Product Fruits dashboard, and integration was quick and painless. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I would love more guidance on how to actually build robust tutorials. It was fine for me, as I was familiar with similar tools before, but for a complete newbie, you should expect to rely more on customer support and help of the implementation manager (which Product Fruits gladly offers). "Effortless Onboarding with Product Fruits"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I like how easy it is to create onboarding flows with Product Fruits without any coding. The AI-powered tours save a lot of time and make in-app guidance feel natural for users. It's fantastic having onboarding, announcements, and feedback tools all in one platform, which simplifies managing product adoption. The initial setup was easy; the installation was straightforward, and the no-code interface made it simple to start creating onboarding flows right away. We were able to launch our first tours quickly without needing much technical support. Product Fruits fits our needs much better as it's easier to set up, more flexible, and less dependent on engineering. It helps save a lot of time for product teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

One area where Product Fruits could improve is the analytics depth for more advanced user behavior tracking. Some complex tours also take a bit of time to fine-tune initially. That said, the product team releases updates frequently, so these limitations feel manageable rather than blocking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Natural, Non-Intrusive In-App Guides That Boost Onboarding and Adoption"
4/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

What I like most about Product Fruits is how naturally it helps users understand a product. The in-app guides and tips feel helpful rather than intrusive, and it’s easy to set everything up without needing engineering support. It clearly focuses on improving the user experience while helping teams drive better onboarding and feature adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some advanced customizations and deeper analytics feel a bit limited unless you move to higher plans. Also, for very complex products, certain flows can require workarounds rather than fully flexible logic. That said, these are fairly minor compared to the overall value it provides. "Effortless User Guidance with Room for Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I really like how Product Fruits makes in-app user guidance easy and practical without requiring heavy technical work. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with quick installation by adding the tracking script, and it took very little time with clear instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I find the advanced customization options a bit limited. While it's great that you don't need to code, it would be nice to have deeper design or behavior customization like animations, logic, or styling. Also, the analytics could be stronger—basic engagement metrics are helpful, but having more detailed insights like deeper funnel analysis or user segmentation would really help in measuring the real impact. There's also a learning curve for advanced features; setting up more complex flows can take time to understand without additional documentation or examples. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
