"Good Tool is Getting Better"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Very responsive, fast AI. AI bot performance and its providing links to more information after a query is very impressive. Tooltips are very customizable and powerful. Life Ring icon in the UI can be located absolutely anywhere, and offers fine-tuned placement. News callout dialog box is well executed. UI is generally very good. Articles offer great formatting tools and copying/pasting content into them was a breeze. AI chat may be the best in the segment. Confluence integration is good as well. Implementation was a snap. Very responsive customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

Styles could be a bit better. the Life Ring knowledge center could offer a bit more style choices. Tooltip icons could be offered in a custom size. Sometimes Tooltips fight you a little on placement, but its still one of the best tools when it comes to TT. When the Life Ring expands to a larger help widget window, the window could be bigger/size-customizable. Analytics needs a bit more work, but it's getting there. Would prefer the option to keyword search scraped web content by default or else have it integrated as a searchable source a bit easier and not just as an ai-source, as some users still don't treat the ai bot as a search engine or use it to its fullest potential. UserGuiding and others are a bit better there, but if you're using the integrated PF knowledge base its not an issue. Some integrations require third-party tools that cost $$$$. Would like to see scraped web content embedded in life ring help center widget. As time goes on and doc moves into native knowledge centers provided by PF and others, perfectly handling and embedding web-scraped sources will be less important. "Feature-Rich Platform with Outstanding Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits offers a wide range of features that align well with our business requirements. We are pleased to have transitioned our support and feedback processes to this platform. The product is continuously evolving, which makes it exciting to discover new capabilities on a regular basis. Additionally, customer support is always available via chat, so whenever I encounter difficulties setting up something new, they are quick to assist and resolve the issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

The customization options for the Customer Portal and other elements are quite limited, which means I often have to rely on CSS to make adjustments that fit my brand. It would be much more convenient if there were a way to customize the HTML directly, allowing me to target specific elements exactly as I want. Ideally, having more advanced design tools would save me from having to wrestle with CSS all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sleek, modern platform backed by brilliant customer support!"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits is incredibly user-friendly with a modern, light UI that makes our workflow feel seamless. We can quickly create and deploy announcements for our clients without any technical friction. Additionally, their support is brilliant; they use an auto-bot for quick wins, but they make it very easy to transition to a real human if you have a specific question, it’s a frustration-free experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I would love to be able to post an image announcement taking up the entire space with a button overlayed rather than having to have side text too. Other than that honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would just be the learning curve of keeping up with all their new updates, though we are actually really looking forward to trying out the newer features as they are released. "Onboarding Tours Make Our Complex Product Easy to Navigate"
4/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

The onboarding check-list product walk through tours, our product is quite complex and it has allowed us to assist new users in better navigating the product to find the right music and ultimately check-out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

We've struggled with connecting and mapping it to specific properties in Hubspot which has meant we haven't been able to segment our users as we'd like, specifically to use the survey function. It seemed to map to some basic properties but does not map to custom properties. This led us to still using Hubspot survey function for surveys when ideally we'd like to use Product Fruits. It has also limited us on what we can offer via segmented users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Customer Service, Powerful AI Assistant"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I really love the world-class customer service of Product Fruits. The support team is fast, reliable, friendly, and just awesome. Another thing I really like is the advanced AI assistant Elvin, which is very helpful and can answer almost all questions to a satisfying degree. Elvin makes the adoption and introduction of the new software way easier, doing what a digital adoption tool should—guiding and helping customers where they are. Also, the initial setup of Product Fruits was really easy, and the switch from our previous too. was prompted by its overall better performance and ongoing fast development. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I don't like that the targeting cannot combine AND and OR statements, which makes the whole process of not straightforward targeting a bit finicky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Flexible and Easy to Roll Out for Non-Technical Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Highly flexible. Very much usable by a relatively non technical audience. Got it up and running in our product with not much intervention by our development team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

Can be a tricky learning curve to set up tours that are flexible and able to take our users in different directions depending on what they select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dan Musialek of Product Fruits

Thanks for sharing this. Really glad Product Fruits let you build tours without leaning on your dev team, and that the tours-to-knowledgebase integration is working well for your setup.

On the learning curve for branching tours, that's fair feedback. We're looking at ways to make that setup more intuitive.

Appreciate you taking the time to write this up.

"Excellent and entirely reliable support"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I love the support from Product Fruits, which is excellent and always helps me with any problem I face. Even though it's a new program for me, the support guided me through the learning curve, solving various issues quickly. I find the Tours and Banners very useful. The Tours are essential for creating setup guides and work quickly, allowing me to solve most problems myself without needing to involve the DEVs, unlike what happened with UserGuiding. The banners have been very effective in sending important notices to our users. I also liked that, although it took a little time to understand the guide settings, it was still much faster than it would take to learn how to use UserGuiding. Overall, I am quite satisfied with Product Fruits' ability to meet my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

The learning curve was a bit difficult at the beginning. We had some problems finding the CSS reference, but after better understanding the capabilities of Product Fruits, it became easier to replicate solutions for other problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple way to get users onboarded and help reach value faster"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

It’s easy to use without needing a developer, and any edits go live right away. The UI is simple, which makes onboarding straightforward. It also integrates with HubSpot, so it fits nicely within our stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

The analytics side is a bit thin. You can see basic numbers but not in-depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dan Musialek of Product Fruits

It's great to hear that Product Fruits is making your onboarding process straightforward and helping users reach value faster. We'll definitely take your feedback about the analytics into account as we continue to enhance the platform.

"Product Fruits Support Makes Complex Feedback Surveys Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

As a UX / UI designer I'm using Product Fruits for Feedback Surveys with complicated cases so I really appreciate the Support help. I wouldn't make it without help.

Based on the results from the Surveys we found our users paint point and improve our performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I would like to see more longer segments. Now the limit is up to 100 rows.

At the beginning was hard to find how to create segment and import lists.

I feel like AI chat could improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms User Onboarding with Speed and Precision"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I really like how Product Fruits turns onboarding into a continuous, measurable growth lever. The no-code editor is fantastic because it lets me quickly deploy tours, hints, and announcements directly inside the product without waiting on engineering. Contextual triggers and segmentation are awesome features as they ensure users receive guidance when it’s relevant, improving adoption without causing noise. I also appreciate the built-in analytics that help me see if onboarding elements are truly driving behavior. Product Fruits provides speed, precision, and control, making user education practical and scalable. The initial setup was straightforward, and I could start using it almost immediately. Overall, it feels like a practical partner that helps users understand the product faster and with far less frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

One area where Product Fruits could improve is depth and flexibility for more advanced use cases. While the no-code approach is great for speed, certain highly customized flows or complex logic can feel limiting without workarounds. Analytics are useful for understanding engagement, but deeper behavioral insights or more advanced reporting options would make it easier to tie onboarding directly to long-term retention or revenue impact. Additionally, as the number of onboarding elements grows, managing and organizing them can become slightly cumbersome, so stronger content management and scaling controls would help. These aren’t blockers, but addressing them would make Product Fruits even stronger for mature, fast-growing products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
