Product Cost Calculator is an offline costing tool for small manufacturers, cost specialists, export product managers, purchasing staff and quotation teams. Start from the direct material cost (typed in, or imported from a BOM Generator file) and stack the other costs per unit: scrap / waste, labor, overhead allocation, packaging, local freight, import duty and any custom cost rows. Each row can be an amount per unit, quantity x rate, a per-batch amount divided by the batch quantity, a percentage of material or a percentage of the subtotal above. Set a sales commission and a target profit margin to get the total unit cost, break-even price, recommended selling price, profit per unit, markup and order value. Create several scenarios, for example different freight methods, packaging or factories, and compare them side by side with the lowest price highlighted. Export an Excel workbook with live formulas or a PDF cost report, and save each costing as a project file. Switch the interface and reports between English and Spanish; 12 currencies. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser on Windows or Mac, and your data stays on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It is an estimation tool and does not connect to ERP or accounting systems.
