What do you like best about ProdPad?

I love how quick it is to give feedback to our product team, with the Google extension it makes,the process so quick that I can give client feedback as it is received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

This may just be a internal issue, but the ability to see top priorities in prod pad or via a notification email could help the wider team understand current improvements and planned roadmap for effectivley Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProdPad?

The UI is great and very intuitive, and the workflow from feedback to idea to initiative fits my needs well. Tags allow for a wide variety of different needs across products. Good controls for managing different levels of users within the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

What do you like best about ProdPad?

We love the ability to display an attractive, updateable visual roadmap to customers, and the external link to enable customers to submit their feedback directly, landing it right into Prodpad as a feature request for categorization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

Feature requests and suggestions can get unwieldy if they are not categorized and curated regularly. It can sometimes feel a bit disorienting when trying to navigate issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy way to track ideas and add feedback"

What do you like best about ProdPad?

It's easy to add feedback and link it to new or existing customers. I can also direct my team to add their own ideas and feedback, too, without a middle man. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

The prompts are a little repetitive. Sometimes I find it difficult to break out the problem I'm solving vs. what value it would provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProdPad?

There are lots of options for how to filter the idea list, I've popped the help center page on filtering ideas below. But you can filter by added by and find your name there and then you should be able to see every idea you've added to ProdPad. What do you like best about ProdPad?

It's such a fantastic way to flexibly and easily capture and manage all the information you need to as a product manager. It also allows you to share this with other people in your organisation and allow them to contribute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProdPad?

There are a couple of UI / UX things that are a bit irritating, though that's no different to any product really! The good news is I mentioned this during the sales process and very quickly have an opportunity to feed this back to a product manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Appreciate your feedback as well. We have been working on several performance related improvements with more in the pipeline so I'd love to hear more about any specific areas you notice slowness so we can review this. -I enjoy being able to build off of a library/history of feedback

-I enjoy being able to link feedback/product suggestions/ideas to particular clients

Regarding keeping templates off your board, you could keep them in your unsorted backlog or if you have them as initiatives on your roadmap you could set them as candidates so they aren't visible on the day-to-day.
