I love how easy it was to set up Prodoscore, even for someone who might not be familiar with all its features. The support team is very responsive and helps me handle issues promptly, which enhances my experience. I find the reporting and analytics extremely helpful for understanding how team members spend their time effectively. The overall productivity score aids in identifying high performers and areas for improvement. Prodoscore also integrates seamlessly with our Google Chrome and Salesforce, which is essential for our workflow. This integration supports a comprehensive view of team productivity. Employee Search

Employee search does still exist in the product — it simply moved with our recent UI update. You can now find it on the right side of the filter bar, where you click “Employee” and use the built-in search to locate team members instantly. We made this change to unify filtering, but we understand it may take a little time to adjust, and we’ll continue refining the experience.

Zoom & RingCentral Data Integrity

We appreciate your note on connector functionality. It’s worth highlighting that Zoom and RingCentral are among the most reliable integrations in Prodoscore, as both are driven by their native APIs, which provide consistent, clean, and highly accurate data from the system. You’re absolutely right that Prodoscore has historically focused on connected platforms and browser-based activity. To address this, we’re launching our new Desktop Connect application this quarter. This enhancement will allow you to capture activity across a wider range of desktop applications, not just URLs or native integrations — giving your organization a far more complete picture of screen time and device-level productivity based on what you deem productive.

This is one of our most significant platform upgrades, and it directly addresses the limitation you mentioned.

What do you like best about Prodoscore?

Simplicity. Working with Jessie has been great. He guided thru our first session of how to use the tool and add/remove people. Running an office with both remote and offsite employees, I really feel like i have a sense of what my staff is doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
