Recommendations to others considering Prodigal:

If you're looking for a voice analytics program to help your company identify potential unlawful violations then I recommend this product. It helps my department to locate and isolate the individual, so corrections and training can be conducted as early as possible. It helps to build a better employee. What problems is Prodigal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring that all staff are adhering to Laws, procedures and company policies utilizing speech analytics. Prodigal gives my Auditing department the upper hand to listen to more calls, looking for specific violations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
