What do you like best about ProdataKey?

What do you dislike about ProdataKey?

It has been a repeat hassle for our school. Issues just about every week. The programming is simple but not intuitive and they lack basic features. It has a lot of errors and issues. Support overall is limited and difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProdataKey solving and how is that benefiting you?
