## U.S.T.A. Reviews
  ### 1. Strong Team & Fast, Reliable Threat Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bekir K. | Security Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about U.S.T.A.?**

From the perspective of our company operating in the energy sector, U.S.T.A.’s most important value for us is that it is a preventive cybersecurity solution, combining a sensor architecture with strong analytical capabilities and AI-driven intelligence workflows. The classification of sector-specific threat groups and the fact that U.S.T.A. notifies us about adversary activity before it escalates into an actual attack are critical for our business model, which requires uninterrupted operations.

From a module-based perspective, Deep Sight delivers intelligence reports on global cyberattacks with a specific focus on topics relevant to our organization. This helps leadership assess developments quickly and implement preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of similar incidents within our ecosystem.

With the Brand Protection module, the rapid identification and watchlisting of threat actors who impersonate or attempt to impersonate our company’s website is a major advantage. When necessary, the takedown process can also be executed without requiring direct involvement from our executive team, which significantly accelerates response.

Another aspect of U.S.T.A. that I particularly appreciate is receiving verified information about leaked accounts or organization-related data as quickly as possible, backed by analyst validation.

In addition, we integrate U.S.T.A.’s hash-, domain-, and URL-based indicators into our SIEM solutions to drive alerting and automated response workflows. Thanks to this continuously updated indicator database, we can proactively trigger detections and actions even against malicious infrastructure identified as recently as the same day.

**What do you dislike about U.S.T.A.?**

We haven’t found any module in U.S.T.A. that we dislike. We simply wish we had more time and resources to actively use all of the modules.

**What problems is U.S.T.A. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

U.S.T.A. helps close key security gaps by providing early, verified threat intelligence with clear, actionable context. It improves visibility into leaked credentials, vulnerabilities, phishing and brand impersonation, fraud signals, and external attack surface exposure. It also enables SIEM and other security products automation via api and ioc feeds and offers rapid access to expert analysts through Investigation Requests.

  ### 2. U.S.T.A: Proactive, Verified, Actionable Threat Intelligence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about U.S.T.A.?**

Based on my 5+ years of experience with the U.S.T.A. Platform, I’ve seen that it performs in-depth research on issues relevant to its customers and quickly reports potential threats. When customer-specific data is detected, it is presented with supporting evidence, and the platform provides strong capabilities, such as generating reports based on that data. Compared with global products, U.S.T.A. reports situations that could affect the customer much faster; unfortunately, personalized notifications in many global products are available only at a very limited level. In my experience, those products generally provide only threat actor reports or IOCs. U.S.T.A. also includes features such as automatic phishing site detection, credentials monitoring, and takedown services.

Support is another strong point. Their analyst team and management team are very responsive, and we have a good relationship with our customer success managers at U.S.T.A. We can always discuss new features and system improvements with them. They take our requests seriously and share feedback on enhancements. If you ask for research on a specific threat actor or a data leak, the resulting reports are delivered in highly detailed formats.

The platform is also easy to use. You can follow all modules without getting lost, and the user interface is clean and straightforward to navigate. You don’t have to dig through the system to find security news or threat reports.

Implementation is simple and doesn’t require much time. You mainly need to provide clear answers about what you want them to monitor and follow. In my case, it usually takes only a few minutes to discuss the requirements with them and finalize everything.

Overall, U.S.T.A. is a platform you can use daily to read security news and reports, or you can let it work in the background and deliver the results to you. You don’t need to write rules or do daily research yourself; it is almost fully automated and provides relevant data about your company and employees.

API integration is available, and they are open to helping you integrate their solution with any existing products you use. They also offer native integrations with specific security products.

**What do you dislike about U.S.T.A.?**

I haven’t had any real issues with U.S.T.A., but I’d like to see more comprehensive filtering and sorting options in the system. With those improvements, we’d be able to manage everything directly within the platform without having to work around limitations.

The Attack Surface Management module also needs improvement so it can present relevant data more clearly. The notifications from the module can include all the details, but that same information should be available inside the system in a better, more usable view.

**What problems is U.S.T.A. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Detecting phishing domains, fake social media accounts, and mobile apps is a key capability for us, and the automated takedown process helps us act quickly. We also rely on the IOC database for Security Engineering, along with Vulnerability Intelligence to support prioritization. Another strong point is receiving company-specific and sector-specific reports, and being able to submit investigation requests to get better visibility into specific reports without additional cost. On top of that, VIP, employee, and customer credential monitoring adds important coverage, and External Attack Surface Management rounds out the overall visibility we need.
