What I like most about Prodaff is how it removes the need for constant manual time entry while still giving clear visibility into work patterns. Once set up, it runs consistently in the background and captures time, attendance, and application or website usage without relying on employees to remember timers.
The dashboards and reports are practical rather than overwhelming. I can quickly review attendance, active hours, and productivity trends across individuals or teams, which is useful for weekly check-ins and operational planning. For distributed or offshore teams, the time zone handling also helps keep reports consistent and avoids confusion when reviewing logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product has a fairly wide feature set, so it takes some time to understand which reports and settings are most relevant for your team. New users may need onboarding or internal guidelines to avoid feeling overloaded at first.
Also, like any tool that tracks activity, it works best when there are clear internal policies and communication. Without that, some teams may initially have questions around how data is used, even though the tool itself is stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
