procuris is AI-powered tender and bid management for companies that want to win public contracts. It helps bid teams submit more of the right bids with the team they already have: less time searching, earlier bid/no-bid decisions and faster preparation of the bid documents. AI agents take over recurring bid work, while the team keeps the decision and the sign-off. Finding the right opportunities: Search agents collect new tenders from portals across Germany and the EU and match them against the company's portfolio, regions and typical contract size. Saved searches, AI summaries and estimated contract values give the team a prioritised shortlist. Deciding before effort is spent: procuris checks requirements, eligibility and deadlines against the company profile, shows exclusion and award criteria separately and makes gaps in the required evidence visible. The bid/no-bid decision is recorded with its reasons and a snapshot of the information it was based on. Preparing a reviewable bid: References, certificates, concepts and evidence form a shared knowledge base. The agents prepare concepts, forms and evidence in parallel, using the company's own templates and internal scoring rules. Answers on long tender documents link to the exact source passage. Tasks, deadlines, owners, reviews and sign-offs stay attached to each bid. Hosting and pricing: Hosted in Germany in ISO 27001 certified data centres, GDPR compliant, on-premise on request. Searching and assessing tenders is free. The Pro workspace costs EUR 149 per month for up to three people, with a seven-day trial and no credit card required.
