I like having everything in one spot with Procurify. It's convenient to get reports from one website, which helps a lot. Sometimes I feel like it's a bit complicated to retrieve an expense report you've done. It feels like I'm on the back end of a website. It's not as simple, and looking for information is not always easy, especially when I'm doing the expense report and need to submit a picture.
