I like Procurify because I can see orders history and build approval flows with some dependencies and conditions. It's helpful for creating a consistent platform to work with purchase orders and invoices for the IT team, rather than relying on just email loops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the budget planning in Procurify. It splits my budget by quarters, and if in the first quarter I have a lot of yearly renewals, it always calculates budget overusage, which makes this part not actual. Also, the UI needs improvement because I have to scroll to the right to find the 'Approve' button for Purchase Orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
