**What do you like best about Procurify?**

What I like best about Procurify is that it makes buying and paying for things simple and organized. You can create purchase requests, send them for approval, generate purchase orders, track budgets and spending, manage vendors, process invoices and payments, and record all expenses in one place, which helps keep everything clear and easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

One thing I dislike about Procurify is that it can sometimes feel slow or take many steps to complete simple tasks. The approval process may take time, searching for old requests or POs is not always easy, and if information is entered wrong, fixing it can be confusing. It works well overall, but it could be faster and simpler to use.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurify is solving the problem of messy and unorganized purchasing. Many companies struggle with approvals, tracking spending, managing vendors, and matching invoices, which can lead to delays, errors, and overspending. Procurify puts everything in one system, automates approvals, and gives real-time visibility of budgets and purchases, so it helps save time, reduce mistakes, control costs, and make financial decisions easier.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like having everything in one spot with Procurify. It's convenient to get reports from one website, which helps a lot. I also think it's really great when you can ask for other requests like travel requests or do expense reports and ask for reimbursements. These are my favorite features.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Sometimes I feel like it's a bit complicated to retrieve an expense report you've done. It feels like I'm on the back end of a website. It's not as simple, and looking for information is not always easy, especially when I'm doing the expense report and need to submit a picture. Some things look more complicated than they actually are. I think everyone needs training before using it.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Procurify to submit expense reports and request project budgets in one spot. It simplifies getting reports by centralizing everything on one website.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

What I like best about Procurify is how it brings structure and visibility to purchasing. The approval workflows, real-time budget tracking, and spend visibility make it easy to control costs across multiple projects without slowing down field operations. I especially appreciate how intuitive it is for both office and field teams—people can request materials, get approvals, and reconcile purchases all in one system. It really cuts down on miscommunication between procurement, accounting, and project management.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

What I dislike about Procurify is that while it’s great for visibility and control, the approval and receipt processes can feel a bit rigid when managing fast-moving field projects. Sometimes small purchases or urgent site needs get delayed because of multi-step approvals or limited offline functionality. I’d also like to see smoother integration with accounting systems and more flexibility in customizing categories or cost codes to match our internal project structures.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurify has helped streamline and standardize our purchasing process across multiple projects and locations. Before, we struggled with inconsistent approvals, limited visibility on budgets, and delays in reconciling field purchases. Now, every request, approval, and expense ties directly to the right cost code and project, giving us real-time insight into what’s being spent and where. That’s helped us reduce overspending, improve accountability, and keep procurement aligned with project schedules. It also saves a huge amount of time compared to chasing paper POs or manual spreadsheets.

I like how Procurify helps in preventing scattered emails and informal requests. I also find the initial setup process to be smooth.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I think Procurify could improve its onboarding experience. A step-by-step guided setup for first-time administrators would be really helpful.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Procurify for budget management and tracking, letting me visually track departmental budget usage in real time to avoid overspending. It enforces spending rules automatically, preventing purchases outside company policy and eliminating scattered email and informal requests.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

It's convenient and keeps me updated on the progress of my orders with an email so I don't need to log in to continue checking on my order progress. 
Ordering with Amazon is very easy and once it's approved and purchased, an item arrives very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Not as simple and user friendly as I would prefer. Some areas of ordering are very cumbersome on a smartphone.  Most people like the convenience of ordering from anywhere and often aren't near a laptop or desktop to use the desktop version. 
It could be more simplified and intuitive for more complex orders.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I use Amazon punchout items come extremely fast after approval which means if I've forgotten something, I'm not at such a disadvantage.

Procurify greatly simplifies budget management and purchase requests. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to track expenses and approvals, saving significant administrative time. Additionally, the ability to customize workflows ensures it meets the specific needs of any organization.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

While Procurify is highly efficient, its integration with other software tools could be improved. At times, advanced reporting requires additional configurations, which can be a bit challenging for new users.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurify addresses key challenges in spend management by providing clear visibility into company expenses and simplifying the approval process for purchases. It ensures that spending stays within budget by streamlining workflows, reducing delays, and minimizing errors. This has greatly benefited us by improving financial control, reducing unnecessary expenses, and saving time for both the finance team and department managers.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

The invoice validation process to control the spends of the department and cost control
The invoicing status to follow up if you invoice has been approved and paid. It gives you visibility to control the payments to your providers.
Cost allocation: easy to track and assing a cost a specific department.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Maybe the learning curve but it's easy to handle after you use it 4-5 times.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the marketing department we usualy have to work with different partners, softwares and services. With Procurify we can manage all the invoices related to our activies with these third parties, control the cost, follow up the payments, stablish the payment methods and conditions and manage it with the finance team quickly and efficently.
