ProcureMind is procurement software that automates quote follow-ups and revenue recovery. Integrated with Gmail and Google Sheets, the platform eliminates manual data entry and workflow changes. ProcureMind extracts up to 23 data fields from supplier quotes, including vendor details, quote numbers, due dates, GST amounts, and line items, directly into Google Sheets with confidence scoring for accuracy review. Operating entirely within Gmail, the software requires no new tabs or apps. To prevent lost jobs from forgotten follow-ups, ProcureMind drafts polite follow-up emails on day two, five, and ten for unanswered quotes. Users review these drafts before sending. Replies are classified by intent, distinguishing prospects, inquiries, and cold leads. A centralized dashboard tracks recovered revenue, focusing on measurable results to help businesses understand the impact of follow-up efforts.
