Students constantly report that they are asked for an access code, even after installing Proctorio and using it in the same class just a few steps prior without the same issue. We then have to reply, "Please ensure you have properly installed Proctorio, then refresh your browser. The access code prompt should disappear; log out and log back in if that does not work." We have to communicate this to students so many times a day. When we refer students to Proctorio support, they report that they did not receive a solution, so we have been forced to complete the student tech support ourselves. We also would prefer to receive an admin notification every time an exam comes back with alerts; however, we have been unable to get this automated through Proctorio. I like that each situation can be setup to meet the needs of the specific test. Settings can be configured for in person testing, or even remote testing. I like that Proctorio allows me to take exams outside of the classroom. The first time I used it, I was a bit nervous because of the camera on my face, but I felt comfortable once I got used to it. I love how convenient Proctorio is. It allows students to take exams anytime and anywhere, which is very nice. There are several things I think make Proctorio the best in remote Proctoring. The flexibility of the tool, the technical support, and the entire team behind the product are just a few. This tool made it possible for our program to create a completely online PharmD option and open our school up to a much more diverse and international population.
