My proctor didn’t allow me to use my white board. They didn’t specify that it had to be hard on both sides on the site. I couldn’t chew my gum which helps me focus. Their platform allows every test to have different proctoring options-- AI only for some, webcam with a live proctor for others, and even an option to have the test candidate connect their cell phone as a second camera to capture a view of their desktop to make sure there are no notes or other materials out during the test. And 360 Total View with their headset is the only service that can capture the whole room -- behind the computer and a view of the candidate's monitor which are common places for candidates to try to put notes since most services can't see these areas with a normal webcam. I would like for them to have more easy to locate troubleshooting materials for test candidates. They do have great technical support when candidates have issues, but more troubleshooting and tutorial content on their website would be helpful. They are in the process of improving this.
