My favorite thing about Procreate is how easy it is to use and how seamlessly it fits into my creative workflow. I can rely on it for quick sketches as well as high-quality finished pieces, and I end up using Procreate at some point in every project. It’s also been consistently reliable for me. I’ve never run into any software issues that even required reaching out to their support team. Overall, it’s a great tool, and I’d recommend it to any artist. The one thing I do wish it had is some kind of vector mode. I realize that isn’t really what Procreate is intended for, but it could still be useful in certain situations. I love the simple and easy to use interface. It makes drawings and design 100 times easier. The brush selection rivals photoshop. I love that it's not subscription based and does most if not all of what Photoshop does. You pay one small fee and it's yours for life. It eases user tasks with the efficient use of gestures. While using it, I found myself amused by its many features and I look forward to exploring more of them. The tool is incredibly flexible, allowing for a wide variety of illustration styles utlizing realistic and responsive brushes. What do you dislike about Procreate? The only real drawback is that it doesn't work for creating vector graphics. Adobe has a similar app that does, but Adobe lacks many of the drawing features (line and shape snapping come ti mind) that make sketching and concept ideation fly. For general design work, Procreate bridges the gap for me between initial sketches on paper and creating finished graphics. I can refine easily and flexibly with a familiar feeling tool before jumping into more intensive desktop app work.
