"A very intuitive and user-friendly experience that I was able to learn rather quickly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Procore?

Live-Chat customer support is still very good. Some QoL improvements are welcome as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

The insistence on the beta UI is the one real problem I have. It takes up too much unused screen space for Desktop/Laptop users, requiring more scrolling/clicking to see the same information that could be obtained more efficiently on the old UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi - Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience using Procore. We're thrilled to hear that you've found the platform to be intuitive and user-friendly and that you've been able to learn it quickly! Our team has worked hard to design the platform so that it's easy for everyone to use across all phases of a Construction project.

"Efficient Project Tracking, But High Costs"
5/5
What do you like best about Procore?

I use Procore to connect project teams and gather data in one place for projects. What I like the most about Procore is that I can track projects efficiently from start to finish. It helps me store and view the latest blueprints, manage requests for information, and log daily site activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

I find the software costs high and the financial/change order workflows too rigid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facilitate Construction Project Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Procore?

I like Procore for its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to handle the tools. I also appreciate the structure of the tools along with the ability to have different levels of permissions according to the type of user, which allows project administrators to properly manage the functions of all team members. Additionally, I value RFIs because they allow for traceability and clarity in the flow of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

The use of correspondence should incorporate some shared module with Outlook. I would like the emails to merge, that is, for the time to come when Outlook is not used to send communications, but everything is done through Procore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Procore / Centralized & Mobile"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Procore?

Procore works because everything lives in one place. Drawings, RFIs, and communication are easy to track, which cuts down on confusion and rework. It gives real visibility into what’s happening in the field and helps the team move faster with better alignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

It can feel heavy and overbuilt for what you need day to day. The UI is not always intuitive, so simple tasks take more clicks than they should. There is also inconsistency in how teams use it, which breaks the “single source of truth” idea. And the cost is high relative to the friction it still has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Project Management That Boosts Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about Procore?

One of the best things about Procore is its centralized platform for project management. It allows users to access drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and daily logs all in one place, which improves collaboration and reduces the risk of miscommunication. The ability to track project updates in real time and maintain version control is also a major advantage, making it easier to stay organized and ensure accountability across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

One common downside of Procore is that it can be overwhelming for new users due to the number of tools and features available. Navigating between different modules and understanding permission levels may take time to learn. Additionally, some users find that offline access and document downloading can be limited or less intuitive, which can be a challenge on job sites with poor internet connectivity. "Streamlined Project Management with Robust Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Procore?

I like using Procore as a central platform for managing project information and workflows, which helps improve collaboration, compliance, and efficiency. It reduces fragmented data, manual processes, and lack of visibility by bringing everything into one place, making it easier to manage, track, and deliver projects. I love how intuitive the software is for users, requiring very little training, and our CSE is responsive to feedback. I appreciate the offline mode, which addresses the biggest issue with construction software. The mobile app is very user-friendly compared to the web version, making it more approachable for external suppliers who may have not used Procore before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procore?

Being able to create custom columns in the reporting tool would be useful. Having features from the inspections tool mirrored in the action plans tool would be beneficial, as they are very similar. A more refined, consistent outlet for updates and upcoming features would be appreciated. I would like the opportunity to provide more site-based feedback on upcoming or beta features and have more discussions with product managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
