For the Q and S there is not much S. The inspections are fairly rigid in its creation. Not being able to multi select items is a huge detriment to ours currently. The forms tool is VERY lackluster and has caused us to abandon it in most use cases and use competitors (GoFormz) **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have only been at this company when they have had Procore so I cannot say much on the problem solving as I don't know the problems it did not solve. I also need a way to lock a folder structure in a template that project managers cannot change. It makes it so easy to verify scope, keep track of quotes and reconcile change orders. We also love that we can convert awarded bids to Subcontracts/POs - no double entry. My favorite module is Invoicing and Pay, which takes the headache out of compliance and wondering who is eligible to get paid. The Budget tool is amazing once you learn how to make it work for you. Procore puts everything into one place: Compliance, Safety, Financial Management, Preconstruction - you really don't need much else other than accounting software.
