You can easily drag and drop files into the documents folder and it easily integrates with programs such as Outlook. When I've had issues, within minutes I was able to have them solved with Procore's technical support team. Trades can easily implemented Procore into their systems - start closing out observations and items on the punch list. **What do you dislike about Procore?** The thing I like least about Procore is sometimes there may be a bit of a learning curve when using a new tool. Other software is cross coordinated within programing like scheduling with Microsoft Project or P6. And it is quick for field staff to login daily to create field reports or document issues on site. **What do you dislike about Procore?** Previously I have used procore as a GC and by GCs. I love the ability to overlay drawings as I have worked as the ceiling contractor and as the electrical contractor laying out and installing lighting. Sometimes it can screw up some calculations & you really have to pay attention to make sure the sub's billing is correct. **Recommendations to others considering Procore:** This is a great product & the integration options with other programs is amazing! **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest benefits for me so far has been the ability to upload plan sets & Procore name them correctly instead of me changing each individual name in the folder. Also, for Sub's to submit all their billing via Procore is a HUGE time-saver for me as well! ### 30. It also updates very quickly so as soon as something is uploaded (documents/photos etc.) any user can view these near instantly. The customer support is also great, whenever I have had an issue (usually user error!) the live chat function has worked brilliantly and has been very quick. **What do you dislike about Procore?** Sometimes it can be difficult when you try to add people to a job/project. It is hard to understand if someone has been added to a group and what their permissions are without delving into the detailed settings. Also it would be nice to be able to delete projects that you were perhaps unsuccessful with at tender stage, I have found that although you can make them 'inactive' I would like to be able to delete them to avoid any confusion. **What problems is Procore solving and how is that benefiting you?** Procore has helped our company keep connected between different projects and improve the avenues of communication we have on a day-to-day basis. ### 48.
